In conversation with Noel Keenan, Tarbert Comprehensive School #ictedu

Noel Keenan, Tarbert Comprehensive School is one of the attendees of this year’s #ictedu conference in LIT Thurles. Noel is a highly experienced teacher with a long history in the field of ICT, with 25 years of ICT usage in the classroom. In fact, Noel was the first teacher in the school to use a computer and projector in the school – the projector still works! He hopes to acquire further knowledge and improve his general ICT skills during the course of the day. @ymtfm, #ymtfm

Here we interviewed Bianca Ní Ghrógaín and Susan nic Reamoin from Dublin City University.They are primary school teachers who are interested in using technology in the classroom.We talked about thier use of technology at home and at school we also talked about thier one wish for technology in school.They were very enthusiastic and happy to answer all of our questions.

Caitlin’s Interview with Paul Hopkins

Caitlin interviewed one of today’s keynote speakers Paul Hopkins. Paul is a visually-impaired creative with the voice behind @vipodcasting on several social audio channels,know’s it’s better to “make your takeaways inclusive by design” , the title of his keynote.
Paul and Caitlin talked about the importance of braille in education and in everyday life. We also spoke about the conference today, #ictedu and how his keynote went.

AMY AND ANNA’S INTERVIEW WITH RACHAEL COOKE
